Hello, I’m Elaine, founder of Hunter HR
With over 20 years of HR, business, and leadership experience, I founded Hunter HR because I’m a problem solver with a passion for developing leaders and building great workplaces.
I work with you to build your leadership skills, knowledge and confidence.
I know how important it is for you to have access to an experienced People & Culture professional – I solve problems and show you the best way forward.
I work with teams and businesses to develop leaders and workplace cultures that attract great employees who love coming to work every day. They make your customers happy and your business thrive.
Since starting my career in People & Culture in 2003 I’ve worked across multiple sectors including financial services, IT, construction, trades, retail and not for profit. And with complex organisations of 8000+ employees through to small businesses. I’ve experienced nearly every people management moment you can imagine and without fail I have built stronger leaders, teams and organisations.
